DELIVERY INFORMATION

Xmas Refund's Notice: 

Please note that due to a shortage of staff members over the Christmas period from, we will be unable to process all refunds for online returns until after January 6th 2025. Please note we will still accept return lodgements during this period. Any return received at our warehouse after  26th December may not be processed until after January 6th. We will be working through a backlog of returns, so please allow 7 business days for all returns and refund notifications to be received.

Due to high order volumes during the Boxing day period, dispatch timelines have been extended to 5 - 8 business days from the purchase date. We appreciate your understanding.

How long does my order take to dispatch?

  • Normal dispatch times will occur within 3-5 business days of order placement, unless specified delays are advertised.
  • Please note during and after peak ecommerce sale periods, dispatch timelines will occur within 4-7 business days

 Can I cancel or change my order once placed?

  • We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, as such no orders can be cancelled or changed after they have been submitted

 Express Shipping

Please not that we do not offer express shipping at this time. 

How do I track my order?

  • Once our delivery provider updates their system you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details. Please note this will only be updated once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, not when the order is placed on the website
  • You will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery provider; you can then access the carrier’s website to track the delivery
  • You will also receive text notification to inform you of the delivery timeline.

 

Can I have my order shipped internationally?

  • Mizuno Australia does not ship internationally
