Which payment types do you accept?

How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Where do I enter my promo code?

• If you are using a promo code, you will be prompted to enter it on the payment change at checkout, look out for where it says "Discount code or Gift Card"

How long should a refund take to reach me?

• Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process once your return arrives back to our warehouse.
• The time it can take to appear in your account will depend on your bank.

Do you offer gift receipts?
