The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

• Unfortunately we don't offer pre-orders, we recommend signing up to our mailing list to be the first to know when new stock arrives.

How often are items restocked?

• We are always innovating, which means there are often new items added to the website. 
• This does mean that old styles don't receive new stock, if there is a particular style you have your eye on we recommend you get in quick!

What does 'Final Sale' mean?

• Final Sale indicates these are the last available items of a particular style, as such there are no change of mind returns available.

I want to exchange but the size/colour is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/colour?

• Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges, to change a size or style, the original item must be returned, then the new item can be purchased.
